Overlooking Lake Ontario the building soars dramatically up 65 storeys from a triangular-shaped wedge alongside Toronto’s major city transportation artery.

On the edge of downtown’s South Financial Core at the corner of York and Harbour, 10 York is steps from the waterfront and the PATH system leading to the Entertainment District. The building’s offers 725 residential units and luxurious lifestyle amenities that include the triangular pool amenity terrace positioned on the seventh floor within the wedge of the building’s footprint.

The beauty and architectural wonder of the building is especially highlighted on the pool amenity terrace where the unique triangular pool area serves as a focal point using patterned marble and glass paving, colourful seating dividers that glow at night, and a dramatic water feature that surrounds the circular staircase leading to the indoor amenities below.

Ten York is a LEED® certified building that was constructed in accordance with the higher Tier 2 level of the Toronto Green Standard. The design of the site incorporated rainwater harvesting, selection of appropriate paving materials that do not contribute to the urban heat island effect, the use of night-sky friendly lighting and selection of environmentally appropriate plant material.
